Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations are only accepted if requested within 24 hours of placing the order. Please contact our customer support team as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation process.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, we cannot cancel it. In such cases, you may refer to our Return Policy for further assistance.
Return Policy:
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. If 14 days have gone by since the delivery of your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, the fabric must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. It should also be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Please note that cut fabrics (less than the full length) and customized or altered fabrics are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details and reason for return. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with the necessary instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the return shipment, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies.
